Today is the last day of this quest for a long term project. The process for this project has been unusual, frustrating, and a wonderful educational experience. If all I walk away with is what I’ve learned then I’m light years ahead of the competition. This is a good thing.

The producers have compensated us (there are six of us here) for the audition, if that gives you an idea of the scale. We begin the actual recording, of what will be judged for the part, this afternoon. Nervous much?

So until my number is called I’m wearing out a small path of carpet in this room and trying to keep my mind occupied by thinking of other things. That in itself is a reason to stop living. But I’ll carry on anyway.

I’m sitting in a room have a heated discussion about the multiverse theory with six people of varying educational backgrounds. When they all rejected this theory and started telling me why I was an idiot for believing it I said,

“To hold to one assumption and exclude any and all contradictory data is not science. That’s politics.”

They’re all in another room further discussing why they think I’m an idiot for believing “such stupidity”. x_x
